Bailable warrants issued against accused Girdhar Lal received back unexecuted
with report that process served with the help of local police officials reached at the address of
accused, which was found locked. Thereafter, the process server met with the local residents who
stated that since the factory has been locked, the accused Girdhar Lal has also gone to some
unknown place.
Bailable warrants issued against accused Suresh Kumar on both the addresses,
received back unexecuted with report that premises found locked.
Bailable warrants issued against accused Deepak Kumar received back unexecuted
with repor that the given address found locked. Thereafter, the process server met with the local
residents who stated that since the factory has been locked, the accused Deepak has also gone to
some unknown place.
Bailable warrants issued against accused Nitin Kumar received back unexecuted
with report that process served with the help of local police officials reached at the address of
accused, which was found locked. Thereafter, the process server met with the local residents who
stated that since the factory has been locked, the accused Nitin Kumar has also gone to some
unknown place.
Bailable warrants issued against accused Nipul Bhai received back unexecuted
with report that process served with the help of local police officials reached at the address of
accused, which was found locked. Thereafter, the process server met with the local residents who
stated that since the factory has been locked, the accused Nipul Bhai has also gone to some
unknown place.
