Present: Sh. Rana Kunal, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Antesh Kumar, Ld. counsel for the accused.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he has filed an
application for reduction of the bond amount as the accused is unable to furnish surety
bonds in the amount of Rs.60,000/-. It is further submitted that accused is person of limited
means and he is also the sole bread earner of his family.
Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the amount of bail bonds is reduced to
Rs.30,000/-.
Accused is directed to file his bail bonds by the NDOH.
Application stands disposed of.
No exemption application has been moved for the non-appearance of accused.
Accused is strictly directed to appear on NDOH. Surety to appear on NDOH.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful forthwith on the

Put up for compliance/framing of notice on 26.06.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
