Present: None.
File received by way of transfer from the Court of Ld. JMFC, NI Digital-02,
PHC, NDD, ND.
Perusal of record shows that the file is not complete and the previous order
sheets have not been annexed with the file.
Ahlmad concerned is directed to produce the complete file with order sheets
before this court on the NDOH.
The complainant is directed to assist the Ahlmad concerned with the
completion of records.
Summons were issued against the accused on the LDOH. However, no
report qua the same has been received.
In view of the same, let fresh summons be issued to the accused through all
modes on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post within 06 months with directions to the process
server to serve the accused person through affixation in case of non-availability, refusal or
if the premise was found locked.
Let summons be also issued upon accused through whatsapp and email as
well and the affidavit of service be filed by the complainant before the NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file the internet tracking report qua the said
summons on or before the NDOH.
The Ahlmad is directed to make mention of the e-mail ID of this Court on
the summons with a direction that the report qua the service of the summons be sent on
the said e-mail ID alternatively or in addition to the physical report.
Put up for report/appearance of accused on 28.07.2027.
