Considering the conduct of the accused a cost of Rs. 10,000/- is imposed
to be paid to the complainant and Rs. 10,000/- will be deposited in DLSA, New Delhi
within a week.
Despite repeated calls, none appeared on behalf of the accused. It
appears that accused is deliberately/intentionally not appearing before this court.
Accordingly, issue non-bailable warrants against the accused through
DCP concerned, subject to filing of PF within 15 days by the complainant, returnable
for the NDOH.
Renotify for report on NBWs/appearance of accused/further proceedings
on 16.05.2025.
