The Undersigned is working as Duty MM today and is also looking after the
work of the court of Ld. CMM, ACMM-01 and ACMM-02 being Duty MM.
Present: Sh. Kapil Kaushik, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
None for accused.
Summons issued vide last order received back with the report “served on
whatsapp and email”. Despite service none appeared on behalf of the accused. It
appears that accused is deliberately/intentionally not appearing before this court.
Accordingly, issue bailable warrants against the accused in sum of
Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like amount through SHO concerned, on filing of
PF by the complainant within 7 days, returnable for the NDOH.
The concerned SHO is directed to effect the service of the warrants
positively by atleast making 3 attempts for executing the same.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned SHO through Naib Court
Concerned.
Renotify for report on B/Ws/appearance of accused/framing of
notice/further orders on 07.05.2024.
PA is directed to upload the orders as per rules.
