This court has a pendency of more than 37000 cases. Shorter dates are not given on account
of heavy pendency.
Present: Sh. Aman Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant through VC.
Perusal of record shows that the file is not complete and the previous order
sheets have not been annexed with the file.
Ahlmad concerned is directed to produce the complete file with order sheets
before this court on the NDOH.
The complainant is directed to assist the Ahlmad concerned with the
completion of records.
Summons were ordered to be issued against the accused on the LDOH.
However, the Ahlmad of this Court informs that the PF had not been filed by the
complainant.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant seeks one more opportunity to file the PF.
The same is allowed.
In view of the same, let fresh summons be issued to the accused through all
modes on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post within 03 months with directions to the process
server to serve the accused person through affixation in case of non-availability, refusal or
if the premise was found locked.
Let summons be also issued upon accused through whatsapp and email as
well and the affidavit of service be filed by the complainant before the NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file the internet tracking report qua the said
summons on or before the NDOH.
Put up for report/appearance of accused on 02.03.2027.
