At this stage, an application has been filed on behalf
of complainant seeking clarification/ no objection regarding the
re-issuance of passport.
Perusal of record shows that Harish @ Harish Lakha
S/o Sh. Malkiat Chand is the complainant in the present FIR
bearing no. 171/2021. There can be no question of there being
any restriction for issuance/ objection for fresh passports to the
complainant. As there is no embargo imposed by the court
regarding the passport of applicant / complainant, therefore,
applicant is at liberty to apply for renewal/ issuance of his
passport, as per rules. The RPO concerned is at liberty to deal
with the application, as per rules.
