this Court. In view of the appearance of accused, NBWs issued against him
stands cancelled.
Let copy of chargesheet and accompanying documents be
supplied to the accused in compliance of section 207 Cr.PC.
Substance of the accusations has been explained to the accused.
In accordance with Section 251 Cr.P.C., no formal charge is being framed
against the accused.
Accused has stated that he wishes to voluntarily plead guilty for
the offence under section 283 IPC.
Heard. Accused has been cautioned about the consequences of
pleading guilty. His plea is separately recorded. In view of plea of guilt of
accused, accused is convicted for offence under section 283 IPC.

I have perused the chargesheet and have gone through the facts
and circumstances related to the present case. I have gone through the
previous conviction report of the accused. No previous conviction is found. I am
of the opinion that this is a fit case to be dealt U/s 3 of the Probation of
Offenders Act, 1958.
Heard on point of sentence.
Hence, in the interest of justice, accused is let off after being
strictly admonished.
In view of the above, file be consigned to Record Room after
due compliance.
Earlier date i.e. 02.06.2023 stands cancelled.
