Complainant as well as the counsel are directed to upload the scanned

over the original record complete in every respect to the reader shortly prior to the
NDOH along with the mandatory affidavit of non- filing of the complaint elsewhere
in terms of the ruling of Hon’ble Apex court in Damodar S. Prabhu Vs. Sayed
Babalal H [2010 (5) SCC 663]. The originals be also sent in soft copy (scanned in
