The matter is at the stage of verification of payment.
Accused has entered his appearance in the present matter. The accused
was sent to JC in connected matter bearing CC No. 9901/2022 vide order dated
18.03.2024 when the accused was arrested and produced before the undersigned in
execution of non bailable warrants issued against the accused.
The accused is granted bail in the connected matter on furnishing of
bail / surety bonds in sum of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties of like amount.
At request, NBW issued against the accused in the present matter are
recalled.
At request, accused is granted bail in the present matter also in a sum of
Rs.30,000/- with one surety of like amount. Bail bonds in the present matter be filed
on the NDOH.
The present matter is adjourned as the accused wants to make the
payment to the complainant.
Put up for verification of payment on 22.04.2024. Accused to appear in
person on the NDOH.
