Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he has filed an application
under Section 143 A NI Act seeking interim compensation.
Copy supplied to the cousel of the accused by way of email exchange.
Reply if any be filed on the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused is not available
today.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that she has filed an application for
personal exemption on behalf of accused on the email id of this court.
Same is taken on record.
Heard. Allowed for today only, subject to cost of Rs 500/- to be paid to
the complainant on the NDOH.
Accused is directed to be present on the NDOH positively, failing which
heavy cost/adverse orders will be imposed/passed upon him.
I have interacted with both the parties. There seems to be elements of
settlement. On joint submissions, the matter is referred to Mediation Cell to explore
the possibility of settlement for 17.02.2023 at 2.00 PM. The details of the parties for
the purpose of Mediation are as follows:
