The matter is at the stage of verification of payment.
It is submitted by the accused that he will pay the amount of Rs.6 lakhs
to the complainant in two installments i.e. payment of Rs.3 lakhs on 20.04.2024 and
Rs.3 lakhs on 20.05.2024. He further submits that bail may be granted to him and he
will comply with the settlement positively. He further submits that adverse action can
be taken against him if he does not comply with the settlement as stated by him. He
further submits that his permanent address is 3396, Jain Temple, Delhi Gate Bazar,
Darya Ganj, Central Delhi-02 and he will not jump the bail and will appear on each
and every date of hearing without fail.
Offence being bailable in nature accused is admitted to Court bail,
subject to furnishing bail bond/ surety bond in sum of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties
of like amount.
Bail bonds/surety bonds filed. Same are taken on record as allowed and
accepted. Original FDRs are retained.
Release warrants of the accused be prepared accordingly.
Matter stands adjourned today for verification of payment.
