Matter is taken up today at the request of Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Present: Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sinha and Mr. Saurav Kumar, Ld. Counsels for
complainant along with AR Mr. Gitanshu Rustagi.
The Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that there is another matter
between the same parties and with respect to the same transaction which has been filed first
before the court of Sh. Sahil Monga Ld. MM (NI Act), Digital Court-02, PHC, New Delhi.
The next date fixed before the said court is stated to be 09.12.2022.
He further makes an oral submission for transfer of the present matter to the
above-mentioned court. Heard. In the light of Sec. 142A(3) of the NI Act, 1881 the present
complaint stands transferred to the above-mentioned court of Sh. Sahil Monga, Ld. MM (NI
Act).
The complainant to appear before the concerned court on 09.12.2022.
Ahlmad is directed to send this order-sheet to the above-mentioned court.
Reader is further directed to dispose of the case as ‘transferred’ from the CIS as per rules.
PA is directed to update the case and upload the order as per rules.
