Present: Sh. Ratish Kumar, Ld. Proxy counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Subham Gaur and Ms. Trisha Parashar, Ld. counsels for the accused.
Matter is fixed for CE.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the AR company has changed.
He seeks for sometime to file an application regarding substitution of AR.
Heard and granted. Same be filed within a week, failing which adverse view
shall be taken.
Ld. counsel for the accused has filed an application u/s 440 CrPC for reduction
of bail bonds as the accused is unable to furnish surety bonds in the amount of Rs.40,000/-.
It is further submitted that accused is person of limited means and he is also the sole bread
earner of his family.
Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the amount of bail bonds is reduced to
Rs.20,000/-.
Accused is directed to file his bail bonds by the NDOH.
Application stands disposed of.
In view of the submissions, matter is adjourned for the day.
Put up for CE on 29.05.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
