Present: Sh. Shubham, Ld. Proxy counsel for the complainant.
None for accused.
Matter is fixed for CE.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that an application for substitution of
AR, fresh Board Resolution and PSE Affidavit executed by the new AR received on the e-
mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
For the reasons mentioned therein, application is allowed.
AR stands substituted. Original documents, if any, in favour of former AR, be
returned as per rules.
Ld. counsel for the complainant also submits that he has moved an exemption
application on behalf of new AR as she is not well and requests for an adjournment. Heard
and allowed, however no exemption shall be granted on NDOH.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of
accused. Accused is strictly directed to appear on NDOH.
In view of the submissions, matter is adjourned for the day.
Put up for CE on 28.10.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
