Summons vide last order received back with the report “served”. Despite
service none appeared on behalf of the accused. It appears that accused is
deliberately/intentionally not appearing before this court.
Accordingly, issue bailable warrants against the accused in sum of
Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF, through SHO
concerned, for the NDOH.
The concerned SHO is directed to effect the service of the warrants
positively.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned SHO through Naib Court
Concerned.
