Today, the undersigned is working as Duty JMFC.
Today, the undersigned is also looking after the work of Ld.
ACJM-01 and Ld. ACJM-02.
Present : AR with Ld. Counsel Sh. Sanjeev Bindal.
Sh. Jitendra Bharti, Ld. Counsel for the accused.
Accused is absent.
Matter is fixed for reply and consideration on the
application U/s 311 Cr.PC moved on behalf of the complainant.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance has been moved on behalf of the accused on medical
grounds. Same is vehemently opposed by Ld.Counsel for the
complainant.
Taking a lenient view and considering the
submissions made, the exemption application is allowed for
today only subject to furnishing of medical documents on the
NDOH. Accused is directed to remain physically present on the
NDOH.
Ld.Counsel for the accused seeks one last
opportunity to file reply on the application U/s 311 Cr.PC.
Heard. Reply, if any be filed on the next date of
hearing with advance copy to the opposite side at least one week
in advance.
At request, put up for filing of reply / consideration
on the application U/s 311 Cr.PC on 21.09.2024 at 2pm.
