Present: Sh. Dev Kant Tripathi, Ld. Counsel for complainant through VC.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he has moved an application
for substitution of AR for the complainant. Heard on the said application. Record
Perused.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that AR for the Complainant has
been changed and now Sh. Sumit Kumar Aggarwal be allowed to represent the
complainant. Sh. Sumit Kumar Aggarwal is so allowed to represent the complainant.
Power of attorney is taken on record. Accordingly, application is disposed off.
Another application for furnishing fresh address of the accused has been e-filed.
The application is allowed and fresh address of the accused is taken on record.
Accordingly, issue summons against the accused on the fresh address filed, on
filing of PF/RC by the complainant within 7 days, returnable for the NDOH.
The complainant is at liberty to get the service of the summons done at his end also
through all permissible modes. Copy of the summons be given dasti.
Put up for appearance of accused/framing of notice/further orders on 06.05.2026.
