Ms. Sanya Oberoi, Ld. counsel for accused no. 2 and 3
alongwith accused no.3.
Personal bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- furnished by
accused no.3. Same are accepted till the NDOH with directions to
furnish surety.
Notice u/s 251 Cr.P.C has been framed against the
accused no.3 to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. Plea
of defence has been separately recorded and explained to the
accused.

Admission and denial of documents U/s. 294 Cr.P.C has
been done qua accused no.3.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance on behalf of accused no.2 has been moved by counsel
for accused. Heard. Same is allowed only for today. Accused no.2 is
directed to be present physically on NDOH, failure of which cost of
Rs.5000/- in each case shall be imposed upon him.
Ld. counsel for accused states that proceedings under
IBC have been initiated qua accused no.1 company and IRP has
been appointed. Appropriate application along-with copy of order be
placed on record.
List for appearance of accused no. 2/ furnshing surety
of accused no.2 and 3 and framing of notice on 01.06.2026 at 02:00
PM.
