It is to be noted that bail bonds have not been furnished by the accused as yet
despite several oppportunities.
Ld. counsel for the accused requests for one last opportunity to furnish the same.
Heard and granted by way of last and final opportunity and subject to filing of the same
within one week, failing which adverse view shall be taken.
Surety to appear on NDOH.
It is jointly submitted that matters are still pending in mediation and the next date in
mediation is 16.04.2024.
Accordingly, the matters are adjourned.
Put up for report on settlement and further proceedings on 01.07.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
