96 IPC seeking stay of the proceedings against accused no 2 and 3 .
Heard and allowed.
The application stands disposed ofas withdrawan.
Ld. counsel for the accused requests for one opportunity to furnish the bail bonds of
the accused persons. She further submits that settlement talks are underway with the
complainant.
The same is alloed subject to last and final opportunity failing which adverse view
shall be taken.
In case the settlement talks fail, the accused persons are strictly directed to appear in
person on NDOH.
Put up for report on settlement/ framing of notice/furnishing of bail bonds. on
26.06.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
