Sh. Sanjay Jha, Ld. counsel for all the accused along with accused no.2.
This is a consolidated order in all the above captioned matters.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that accused no.3 could not appear due to
medical emergency. He undertakes to file appropriate application forthwith.
At request, exemption is granted for today only subject to filing of the
application.
Fresh vakalatnama on behalf of accused along with personal bonds on behalf
of the accused no.2 and 3 received on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
At request, last and final opportunity is granted to furnish surety bonds and
authority letter in favour of AR for accused no.1 within one week.
It is jointly submitted that mediation has failed.
Matter stands adjourned in the absence of accused no.3.
put up for framing of notice and further proceedings on 04.09.2023.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
