Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that no settlement talks are underway with
the accused and the matter shall be proceeded on merits. Heard and allowed.
An oral exemption is sought on behalf of the accused no.3 for today. Heard and
allowed subject to cost of Rs.3000/- to be paid to the complainant. No exemtpion shall be
granted on NDOH.
Accused no.3 is strictly directed to appear on next date of hearing failing which an
adverse view shall be taken.
It is to be noted that bail bonds has not been furnished as yet by accused persons .Let
further cost of Rs.2000/- be imposed on the accused prsons to be paid to the complainant .
Ld. counsel for the accused seeks last and final opporrunity to furnish the same .
Heard and allowed.
Bail bonds be furnished by NDOH failing which adverse view shall be taken.
Ld. counsel for the accused also requests for sometime to file the authority letter in
favour of accused no2 for representing accused no.1 company. Heard and allowed subject to
last and final opportunity.
Put up for compliance/ furnishing of bail bonds / framing of notice on 12.11.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
