Let copy of the same be supplied to opposite side atleast 10 days in advance before the NDOH. It is also to be noted that bail bonds have not been furnished by the accused persons . Last and finaly opportunity is granted to furnish the same failing which adverse view shall be taken on NDOH. Put up for reply/arguments on the application on 06.05.2025.
