Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that she is newly engaged in the matter and has filed
her vakaltnama on email ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that she has filed an application on behalf of accused no.2
and 3 U/s 96 of IBC 2016 seeking stay of the proceedings against them on the email ID of the court
alongwith relevant judgements. Same be taken on record.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submis that he has received the copy and requests for
sometime to file the reply. Heard and allowed. Let copy of the same be supplied to opposite side
atleast 10 days in advance before the NDOH.
It is also to be noted that bail bonds have not been furnished by the accused persons . Last
and finaly opportunity is granted to furnish the same failing which adverse view shall be taken on
NDOH.
Put up for reply/arguments on the application on 06.05.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
