Ld. counsel for the accused submits that his phone no. 9999665675
and he denied stating the email ID, even he has switched off the
camera. He has asked number of time to switch on the camera and
to state the email ID to which he stated that “Mujhe Yaad Nahi”.
After warning he stated that the Skguptabuilders@gmail.com.
Accused is directed to appear in person without fail on NDOH.
Complainant is directed to provide the copy to the accused within 15
days however, accused is also directed to collect the copy from the
court in case he does not receive the same within the given time.
