This court has a pendency of more than 16000 cases. Shorter dates are not
given on account of heavy pendency.
Present: Sh. Vishu Kushwaha, Ld. Counsel for complainant with AR.
Matter is fixed for arguments on summoning/ report on notice today.
No report has been received on the notice issued on the LDOH.
Accordingly, in terms of section 223 of BNSS, let fresh court notice be issued to
the proposed accused through all modes upon filing of PF within 15 days to afford an opportunity
of hearing, returnable for NDOH.
In case of refusal/ premises found locked and upon proper verification as to the
address of the accused, let court notice be served through affixation and pictures be annexed along
with the report.
Process server is also directed to affix the proof of service along with the report.
Let fresh court notice be also issued upon proposed accused through whatsapp and
email as well and the affidavit of service be filed by the complainant before the NDOH.
At request, dasti copy of court notice be also given to the complainant. Complainant
is directed to file the internet tracking report qua the said notice on or before the NDOH.
The Ahlmad is directed to make mention of the e-mail ID of this Court on the
notice with a direction that the report qua the service of the notice be sent on the said e-mail ID
alternatively or in addition to the physical report.
Put up for consideration/ appearance of proposed accused on 12.01.2026.
