Ld. Counsel for complainant has moved an application for transfering
the present matter as the present matter is one of the connected cases which was first
filed is pending in the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Bharti Beniwal, Ld. JMFC, (NI ACT),
Digital Court-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi and prayed that this case may also
be transferred to said Hon’ble Court. In view of the submissions made by the Ld.
Counsel, this case is transferred to the said Hon’ble Court.
He further makes an oral submissions for transfer of the present matter to
the above-mentioned court. Heard. In the light of Sec. 142(3) of the NI Act, 1881 the
complainant stands transferred to the above mentioned court of Ms. Bharti Beniwal,
Ld. JMFC, (NI ACT), Digital Court-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
The Reader is directed to dispose of this case as transferred. Necessary
entry be made in the CIS. File be sent to the said Hon’ble Court for 04.10.2024
within due time.
