Accused Dev Maan, Vishal and Chetan Tokas accused persons
have gone to attend a religious procession. An Adjournment is sought on
behalf of them.
Heard. Allowed.
Further, on last date of hearing B/Ws were directed to be issued
qua accused Vinod Saini. The same has been received back duly served along
with the personal bonds furnished by the accused. However, despite repeated
calls none has appeared on behalf of accused Vinod Saini. No reason for the
absence of accused has been forthwith.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused Vinod Saini
returnable for NDOH.
Put up for appearance of all the accused persons / consideration
on charge on 12.11.2025.
