restrictions on account of the upcoming schedule concerning
Independence Day Celebrations.

Status report on the FSL result and sanction has been received
as per which despite repeated priority letters and followup, the FSL result is
still awaited. Report perused. Taken on record.
Copy of this order and the report be sent to the Director FSL
concerned for appearance through Authorized representative for
explanati9on over the delay in forensic scrutiny in the report in this case,
with directions to expedite the same considering the accused are lying in JC
in this case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the
record available, prima facie a case for offence punishable u/s
109(1)/311/309(4)/319/61(2)/351(3)/3(5) of the BNS is made out herein.
Cognizance is taken for the said offence. Accused produced stands
summoned. Production warrants to issue against accused Akash and

Arman Khan for the NDOH. Consideration on cognizance for the offence
under the Arms Act is deferred for want of the FSL result and sanction.
Copy of chargesheet be supplied to authorized counsels. Additional copy of
chargesheet be made available for release to the remaining accused persons
upon physical production on the next date of hearing.
It has also stated that the FSL result with respect to the mobile
phone, CCTV and handwriting of the accused is awaited.
Relist the matter for further proceedings as per law now for
15.09.2025.
Rehnumai of accused through VC after every 14 days.
Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned
for compliance.
