There is pendency of more than 11,000 cases in the present court, therefore, it is
not possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Present: Sh. Aruni Poddar, Ld. counsel for the complainant along with AR in
person.
An application for substitution of AR of the complainant has been filed
along with copy of board resolution. Submissions Heard. For reasons
mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Sh. Sushil Wattal
shall be the new AR of the complainant.
Summons report is awaited.
Tracking report along with original postal receipts filed. As per the
report, summons are served by way of speed post. In view of the
absence of the accused despite service of summons, this court is satisfied
that the presence of the accused can be secured by resorting to coercive
means.
It is stated before the court accused had made a part payment of Rs.
40,000/- to the complainant.
At request, put up for verification of further payment on 05.12.2024.
Accused is directed to remain physically appear before the NDOH.
