There is pendency of more than 43,000 cases in the present court, therefore, it is not
possible to give shorter date in the cases.

Matter is listed for report on NBWs at the stage of
framing of notice.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of the
complainant. Taken on record.
As per ordersheet dt. 19.01.26 since a parcha was
issued in the file, directions were given to supply copy of the
complaint. It appears that compliance has not been made in terms
of order dated 19.01.26.
Nonetheless, none appeared for the accused on
20.05.26. Today, the report on NBWs received back is stayed till
NDOH subject to physical appearance of the accused.
Copy supplied to the accused in court today.
Additionally, same be supplied to Ld. Counsel for
the accused afresh.
Proof of previous service of complaint filed by the
counsel for complainant is taken on record.
Now to come up for furnishing of bail bonds
/framing of notice by way of one effective opportunity on
23.10.26.
