There is pendency of more than 36,000 cases in the present court, therefore, it is not
possible to give shorter date in the cases.

Matter is listed for furnishing efiling history/
furnishing application for condonation of delay by way of last
and final opportunity.
An application seeking condonation of delay in
filing the present complaint has been filed by the complainant.
(Paper book is taken on record). Let notice be issued to the
accused of the present application through all permissible modes
including electronic and dasti upon filing of PF within two weeks
from today returnable for NDOH.
It is clarified that if the accused fails to enter
appearance after service of notice to reply on the application for
condonation of delay, the court shall decide the application on its
own.
Complainant is directed to furnish a tracking report
on NDOH showcasing the service of notice.
Now to come for appearance of the accused to
argue/reply to the application for condonation of delay on
06.05.26.
