Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: 52 CC NI ACT - 32808-2024 SUNNY CHAWLA Vs. M-S KARA PETTECH PVT LTD 04.02.2025 Present: Mr. Sumit Agarwal and Mr. Kartik Mittal, Ld. counsel for complainant. Pre cognizance issued against the proposed accused persons returned back unserved. Perusal of record reveals that as per the MCA data, the address of the company is the same as provided in the memo of parties. In view of the same, proposed accused no.1 company is deemed to be served with the notice. Let fresh notice be issued to proposed accused no.2 and 3 as per Section-223 of BNSS, 2023 for NDOH. Copy of the complaint along-with documents to accompany the said notice. The above-mentioned notice be sent through all permissible modes for NDOH including electronic mode i.e., e- mail or WhatsApp on filing of PF by the Complainant within 30 days from today. On failure of filing of PF, the complaint shall be liable to be dismissed under Section-227(4) of BNSS, 2023. Complainant is permitted to serve the said notice on the proposed accused persons through Registered post/speed post or any other authorized courier service and place internet generated postal tracking report of the same before this Court by NDOH.
