pendency.
Present: Sh. Vikesh Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Sh. Himanshu, Ld. counsel for all the accused through VC.
Summons issued on the LDOH have not been received back.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has filed the tracking report and affidavit of service to show
that the summons have been duly delivered to accused no.1 and 3 by way of speed post and accused no.2
by way of email.
It appears that the accused persons have sufficient notice of the proceedings.
The accused persons have entered their appearance through counsel today.

Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused persons have not received the copy
of complaint or any other documents.
In view of the same, Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to furnish copy of the
complaint and documents annexed therewith on the mobile number 9871566771 of the counsel for
accused persons within 10 days of the order.
Since the offence is bailable, accused no.2 and 3 are admitted to bail subject to furnishing
of bail bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of like amount. Time is granted to furnish the
same.
Be put up for framing of notice/ filing of bail bonds on 18.01.2027.
Accused persons are directed to be physically present on the NDOH.
