could not be released as a case related to CIG Realty Fund is
pending. During the course of the arguments, it has been
submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant that the details
of the said case has not been supplied by the concerned bank/ IO.
In light of the said grievance, IO is directed to file a
fresh report containing the details of the pending case pertaining
to CIG Realty Fund.
