There is pendency of more than 37,000 cases in the present court,
therefore, it is not possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Today, the undersigned is working as Duty JMFC.

2 and 3 through VC.
Matter is listed for furnishing bail bonds and
framing of notice.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the copy
has not been supplied. However, no details were
dropped by him in the chat box.
None the less complainant is directed to furnish
copy to accused no. 2 and 3.
No adverse orders are passed for non-appearance of
accused persons as Parcha is issued in the matter.
Accused no. 3 is at liberty to enter appearance
through VC on the NDOH for framing of notice,
subject to Ld. counsel furnishing his medical
documents.
Accused no.2 is directed to enter physical
appearance.
Now to come up for furnishing bail bonds and
framing of notice on 22.08.2026.
