Today, the undersigned is working as Duty JMFC. Present : Sh Ram Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant through VC. Matter is listed for report on B/Ws qua accused No.2 and 3. Amended memo of parties in terms of the summoning order. Taken on record. Report came back unexecuted qua accused Satish and Prince Kumar with the comment ‘none resides at the said address’ with respect to the address at 302A, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, Haryana. With respect to the address at H.No. 343 Gurgaon Haryana, the report qua accused Prince Kumar received back unexecuted with the comment ‘accused was a tenant and stopped residing at the said address’. Perusal of the record reveals that the report qua which B/Ws were received back unexecuted is the last known correct address as per the GST record of the accused company/ KYC documents furnished by the concerned bank. It appears that after prosecution was initiated accused persons have evaded service on one pretext or the other. Issue NBWs against the accused No.2 and 3 in respect of amended memo of parties to be executed through DCP concerned returnable to this court on 11.09.26, only after filing of PF within 4 weeks.
