Exemption application from personal appearance has been moved on
behalf of accused no.2 and 3. Heard. In view of averments
mentioned in the application, same is allowed only for today.
Accused are admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/-
each with one surety in the like amount. Bail bonds not furnished.
Time sought. Allowed. Accused is also directed to upload the same
on portal.
