There is pendency of more than 25,000 cases in the present court, therefore, it is not
possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Today, the undersigned is working as Duty JMFC.

Present: Sh.Harshkant Yadav, Ld. Counsel for complainant
alongwith AR.
Matter is listed for compliance in terms of the
previous order.
Ld. Counsel for the accused has efiled application
U/s 60 BSA. In terms of the application, the original cheque and
the bank return memo were earlier in the possession of the
complainant, however, subsequently they got misplaced/lost. In
this regard, an NCR has been lodged on 29.05.25.
In terms of the provision of BSA, if a reason is made
out for non production of the original, the court is within its right
to allow secondary copy of the originals on record.
Accordingly, the instant application moved by Ld.
Counsel for complainant is allowed.
The probative value of the evidence shall be subject
matter of trial.
Now to come up for consideration on summoning on
23.02.26.
