passed with respect to the same parties and the secured assets in
CC No. 3594/24. However, it was not mentioned that the tenants
are also in the property and thus, the present application has been
filed again.
Accordingly, Ahlmad is directed to put up the said
file in CC No. 3594/24 along with the present application on
10.09.2024 and the matter is kept for consideration till the next
date with respect to its maintainability.
