Present: Mr. N. P. Singh, Ld. Counsel for complainant with
complainant.
Mr. Ashrafi Lal, Ld. Counsel for the accused with
accused.
Perusal of record reveals that the accused person has
not furnished surety bonds till date. It is undertaken by ld.
Counsel for the accused that the same will be furnished by
NDOH. Accordingly, let surety bonds be furnished before this
court by NDOH otherwise cost of Rs.500/- be imposed on the
accused person.
At this stage, both parties jointly submit that there
are chances of settlement. In view of the above, let the matter be
sent to Mediation Centre, Patiala House Court, New Delhi for
settlement, if any on 07.11.2024 at 2:00 pm.
Parties are directed to duly fill in the mediation
form. Copy of this order be annexed with the mediation form and
be sent to the Mediation Centre, Patiala House Court/ND for
appropriate action.
Put up before this court for report of mediation
settlement, if any/further proceedings on 21.02.2025.
It is hereby made clear that if the report of mediation
is received back as “non starter”, adjournment cost of Rs.5,000/-
shall be imposed on the erring party.
