Cost of Rs.1000/- is imposed upon the accused to be paid to the
complainant and also Rs.1000/- to be deposited in Animal Welfare Board of
India for wasting court/litigants date and time for granting further opportunity.
Receipt be filed on NDOH.
Let B/Ws be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs. 5,000/-
with one surety of like amount upon filing of PF by the complainant within
fifteen working days.
