File is taken up today as 27.08.2026 was declared holiday vide Notification no.
85/G-4/Genl.I/DHC dated 21.08.2026 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
The undersigned is also looking after the work of Duty MM.

Summons were issued against the accused on the LDOH. However, no
report qua the same has been received.
In view of the same, let fresh summons be issued to the accused through all
modes on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post within 12 months with directions to the process
server to serve the accused person through affixation in case of non-availability, refusal or
if the premise was found locked.
Let summons be also issued upon accused through whatsapp and email as
well and the affidavit of service be filed by the complainant before the NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file the internet tracking report qua the said
summons on or before the NDOH.
Put up for report/appearance of accused on 08.02.2028.
