An application has been moved seeking substitution of
AR of the complainant.
Submissions heard.
Application is supported by the notification issued by
SEIAA.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and Sh. Rajat
Taneja is substituted as AR of complainant.
PW Sh. Aditya Narayan Singh is cross-examination and
discharged.
At request of PW Dr S. D. Singh, he is discharged
unexamined for today. He shall appear in person on NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for the accused No. 3 submits that accused
No. 2 is available on his residential address as per his information.
He has supplied the address of accused no. 2.
SHO, PS Tilak Marg is directed to trace the accused No.
2 R. P. Mittal and proceed in accordance with law and file report on
NDOH.
