The present application u/s 175(3) BNSS, 2023 has been received by way
of assignment by Ld. CJM/PHC/NDD. Let it be checked and registered.
Present: Sh. Viresh B Saharya, Sh. Mohit Kumar Sharma and
Sh. Akshat Aggarwal, Ld. Counsels for Complainant in
person.
Perused. Heard.
In view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel, let ATR
be filed by IO/SHO, PS Mandir Marg. IO/SHO PS Mandir Marg is
directed to file action taken report stating the following without fail on
the NDOH.
1. Whether any complaint has been made/received by the complainant in
the police station?
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the said complaint?
3. Whether as a result of investigation /inquiry, any cognizable offence
has been made out against the accused persons and whether any action
has been taken by the police?
4. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered, and what is the status of
investigation?
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the complainant
has been informed accordingly?
Copy of this order be sent along with notice.
It is clarified that the ATR is required to be filed with respect to the
above points only, and any non-compliance shall be viewed seriously.
ATR be called for 03.12.2024.
