This court has a pendency of more than 15500 cases. Shorter dates are not
given on account of heavy pendency.
Present: Sh. Rohan Talwar, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Summons were issued against the accused on the LDOH. However, no report qua
the same has been received.
In view of the same, let fresh summons be issued to the accused through all
modes on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post within 15 days with directions to the process server to serve
the accused person through affixation in case of non-availability, refusal or if the premise was
found locked.
Let summons be also issued upon accused through whatsapp and email as well and
the affidavit of service be filed by the complainant before the NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file the internet tracking report qua the said summons on
or before the NDOH.
The Ahlmad is directed to make mention of the e-mail ID of this Court on the
summons with a direction that the report qua the service of the summons be sent on the said e-
mail ID alternatively or in addition to the physical report.
Put up for report/appearance of accused on 17.03.2026.
