In view of submissions made and for the reasons
mentioned in the application, the aforementioned application stands
allowed and complainant company stands substituted to Kotak
Mahindra Bank Ltd.
Report of process not received back.
Let fresh notice of application for condonation of delay
in filing the present complaint be issued to the proposed accused
through all permissible modes on filing of PF within 20 days from
today, returnable on 13.10.2025.
In case the house of the proposed accused is found to be
locked, process server is directed to affix the process on conspicuous
place. Process be also sent through speed post and internet generated
tracking report of process sent through speed post be placed on record
by NDOH.
