report “ no such company” and Court notice to the proposed accused no.2 received back
unserved with the report “accused vacated the premises two years ago”.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the
accused.
Complainant is directed to file an alternate address/ physically verify the
existing address and file an appropriate affidavit in that regard within 15 days.
Fresh court notice to proposed accused no.1 and 2 be issued in terms of the
last order upon filing of PF within 15 days. Complainant is at liberty to get the service of the
court notice done at his end also through all permissible modes. Dasti court notice allowed.
Put up for report/appearance of proposed accused and further proceedings on
25.08.2025
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per
rules.
