It is pertinent to record that already a general
direction has been given to the SHO as well as the DCP
concerned to ensure proper investigation in FIRs based upon
similar factual circumstances. In fact, it is stated by the Ld.
Counsel for the complainant that the complainant Bank has
already received fresh notices U/s 91 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, SHO
concerned shall file the investigation report on similar directions.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the complainant
submits that the IO has sought documents, which has already
been supplied on prior occasions. SHO concerned shall ensure
that documents which has already been obtained on prior
instance shall not be insisted upon.
